The Survival of the United States
Alex Jones interviewed Dr. Edwin Vieira on his program May 18, 2010. During this interview it was pointed out that in the United States it has gotten to the point that there is utter lawlessness in all three branches of the Federal government, and if we're going to keep our republic and avoid going into serfdom under a world government, it's going to have to be through the States.
Dr. Vieira talked about two things that the States must do if we are going to survive: establish the power of the purse and the sword. I agree with this concept.
He said that we'll have to have an alternative currency in place, and we'll have to have a "well-regulated militia," as the U.S. Constitution calls for, functioning within each State of the Union.
Here is a YouTube video of that portion of the program:

"This is a big event," says planetary scientist Glenn Orton of NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab. "We're monitoring the situation closely and do not yet fully understand what's going on."
Firefighters for 9/11 Truth teams up with Architects & Engineers - Major 9/11 myths exposed in two-night presentation
The reality of 9/11 is rarely more poignant than when spoken by a firefighter. It somehow seems more real. Not everyone can relate to what an architect or an engineer does — their work is complex — hard to understand. But firefighters are different; we all know what they do.
Mexicans Have Plans for the American Southwest They vow to take it over
Our southern neighbor is not shy about expressing its intention to conquer the American Southwest, which Mexico regards as territory lost in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo in 1846. Mexican children are taught in school that the United States stole that land, which they call “Aztlan.” Absurd rantings of political extremists? Consider…
• In 1997, then-President Zedillo proclaimed that “I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed
by its borders.”
• Mexican American Legal Defense Fund founder Mario Obledo stated, “California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it
should leave. Every constitutional office in California is going to be held by Hispanics in the next 20 years.” People who don't like such
demographic changes “should go back to Europe.” (Incidentally, Mr. Obledo was also the California Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare
under Gov. Jerry Brown.)
• Mexico's President Fox has been unrelenting in his brazen demands on the United States, starting with open borders even before he was
elected. He has called for the border to be “a joining line.” His visits to the U.S. have been filled with endless requirements for Mexican
citizens illegally in this country — free healthcare, taxpayer-subsidized in-state tuition for illegals at state colleges and universities,
guestworker programs and amnesty for all.
Incidentally, we shouldn't be surprised at such shenanigans. The world is full of revanchist fantasies, namely that some vague territorial
claim from centuries before should form modern national boundaries. The Chinese invaded Tibet in 1949, with the excuse that an eighth-century
marriage had made Tibet a part of China. (Is there a Chinese word for lebensraum?) Chinese flowing into Siberia argue that the Amur region is
actually part of China. (More on the Chinese demographic invasion of Russia.) The Balkans have been a recent example of the power of
warmed-over nationalism, when Milosovic whipped Serbs into a murderous frenzy by summoning the ghosts of the Battle of Kosovo (600 years ago)
as he urged them to “take back” what had been stolen from them. In the case of the former Yugoslavia, revanchism was the excuse for genocide.
Encouraged by their leaders in both countries, the 20 million Mexicans in America are similarly emboldened to insist that the United
States surrender to their demands, particularly amnesty which will speed the acquisition of political power. And when California becomes
majority Mexican around 2028, will those people call for political unification with their cultural homeland? Their leaders are planning for
such a scenario.
It's hard to fathom how America's elected Congressional leaders, those who swore to uphold the Constitution and to protect the nation, are
prepared to give it away for some perceived short-term political gain, if that. The front man for globalist corporations who currently
occupies the White House is allowing Mexico City to dictate America's immigration policy, while few in his party object. Does anyone think
that Vicente Fox cares about what happens to America? He sees the United States as a full refrigerator and he is hungry, very hungry.
Why do American public officials value so little what thousands have fought and died to protect? A foreign power has stated its plans
to conquer this nation by demographic warfare, but in Washington, apparently no one cares. One wonders what Secretary of State Colin Powell
thinks about surrending American sovereignty to a foreign power. He was a general in the U.S. Army and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, after
all. Doesn't it bother him to be following the wishes of a foreign leader? Why does the most powerful nation in the world cower before the
third-world country to the south?

IN THEIR OWN WORDS:
A Talk with Mexico's Migration Chief
In this informative interview, Juan Hernández stated, “There are several million Mexican people in the United States … These individuals need
to be legalized, they need to be able to come home and see their families and not have to cross a dangerous border… they need to be able to
have living conditions that are proper, with dignity; to have driver's licenses; to use the banks in the United States. They need their
dignity, instead of having to live like criminals.”
The night before the Kennedy assassination, Lyndon Baines Johnson met with Dallas tycoons, FBI moguls and organized crime kingpins - emerging from the conference to tell his mistress Madeleine Duncan Brown that "those SOB's" would never embarrass him again. It's a jaw-dropping deposition and it's the biggest JFK smoking gun there is - despite the fact that it has received little media attention.
There is a new technological trend in the United States that promises to use advances in Internet, GPS, and chemical detection technology
to manage states’ surging prison and parolee populations. Several states, particularly those with massive budget deficits like California and
Michigan, are unable to shoulder the burden of housing more inmates in their dangerously overcrowded prisons. They are therefore dramatically
increasing the use of GPS technology to monitor the whereabouts and activities of parolees, as well as using the technology for home
detention programs and even alcohol consumption monitoring. While it is true that GPS ankle bracelets have been in use for a few years now,
new technology, laws, and applications are increasing the use of such devices in what is soon to be a booming industry – fully dependent upon
the corrections system.
In Richmond, California, statistically identified as having America’s fourteenth highest crime rate [1] , the
police recently fitted twenty parolees with GPS tracking devices on their ankles. [2] The devices include paging systems that require the
parolee to call his or her parole agent each time they feel the device vibrate. Police officers say that they can use the devices to track
parolees and place them at the scene of a crime committed while on parole. The tracking devices do, however, bring into question the status
of a parolee’s civil liberties and may open the door to court challenges regarding invasion of privacy and other constitutionally guaranteed
rights. The political will of several states are fully behind using the new technology and the courts thus far seem to like the flexibility
they offer in sentencing and early release. The Richmond program is merely the tip of the iceberg.
In Los Angeles, for example, the
police have established the Realtime Analysis and Critical Response (RACR) division, which uses a website called VeriTracks to follow
parolees. [3] Parolees wearing the tracking devices are tracked online in real time with their whereabouts shown on a map by a green colored
dot. RACR has the ability to type in the location of a crime and determine whether or not a parolee was at the scene of the crime at or
around the time of the incident. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been paroling gang members on the condition that they wear the tracking
devices and has also begun using the devices on sex offenders. In fact, under a new law called Chelsea’s Law , those convicted of violent sex
acts against children under age 14 would qualify for lifetime GPS tracking. [4] In 2007, California was projected to spend $30 million on GPS
tracking devices and services. The state now spends around $80 million annually on equipment and services without any proof that the new
technology has made citizens safer. [5]
The State of Florida has signed on to use a new type of technology, sold by the company
ActSoft, which not only monitors the whereabouts of a person, but also can detect whether or not that person has been drinking alcohol.
Florida asserts that the technology is being used to free up space in prisons for violent offenders and is even giving people charged with
reckless driving with the option of either going to jail to await trial, or staying out on bail with an ankle bracelet that can detect
alcohol in their blood. [6] The system works by detecting the presence of ethanol vapors, a telltale sign of the metabolism of alcohol.
Public safety advocates continue to push for greater restrictions on the freedom of movement, and the elimination of privacy rights
of those charged with or convicted of crimes. This is not a new platform in the annals of America’s criminal justice system. Public figures
regularly jump at the opportunity to be perceived as tough on crime and, in fact, are terrified of being perceived as weak on crime. The fear
is that public at large will hold politicians accountable for their perceived weakness on crime and, as such, this is a perception that
politicians want to avoid at all costs – no matter what the evidence says regarding the effectiveness of “get tough on crime” measures.
Fortunately for those fearing the perception of weakness, state budget crises all across America are enabling lawmakers to also use public
finances as a justification for the increased use of electronic monitoring, otherwise known as “tethering,” on those in the criminal justice
system.
States all across the country are engaged in cost analyses and coming to the conclusion that the use of electronic tethers is
highly cost effective. One county jurisdiction in Michigan is reporting that people who are incarcerated cost the county $95 per day, while
those who are tethered only cost between $6 and $12 per day. [7] In 2007, Florida had to pay approximately $12 per day for electronic
monitoring while incarceration cost the state $43.26 per day for a man and $65.46 per day for a woman. [8] The attractive cost differential
is being touted by businesses providing the equipment and monitoring services and is creating a new aspect of business in America’s
prison-industrial complex which once grew as a result of increasing the number of prisons built – whether publicly or privately owned. [9]
Whereas the expansion of America’s prison system was once an integral part of politics, the “war on crime,” and a new economic base for
impoverished rural areas, state budget problems have forced the complex to rely on a new form of technology that could one day enable the
monitoring of parolees or people in pre-trial confinement to be outsourced to foreign countries. The profit potential for companies providing
electronic monitoring equipment and services is noteworthy. Denver’s Alcohol Monitoring Solutions has claimed that the market for their
products could eventually be worth $1.3 billion per year. [10]
Civil rights advocates have warned that the privacy, search and
seizure, and due process of parolees and others might be violated by having someone watching them around the clock, particularly those who
are required to wear the devices for life. Such an obligation equals new punishment after punishment for the crime has already been rendered
and time served. Additionally, those required to wear the devices may find it hard to obtain a job and become normal, productive members of
society.

“The Prison-industrial Complex,” The Atlantic , December 1998, “Three decades after the war on crime began, the United States has developed a
prison-industrial complex—a set of bureaucratic, political, and economic interests that encourage increased spending on imprisonment,
regardless of the actual need. The prison-industrial complex is not a conspiracy, guiding the nation's criminal-justice policy behind closed
doors. It is a confluence of special interests that has given prison construction in the United States a seemingly unstoppable momentum. It
is composed of politicians, both liberal and conservative, who have used the fear of crime to gain votes; impoverished rural areas where
prisons have become a cornerstone of economic development; private companies that regard the roughly $35 billion spent each year on
corrections not as a burden on American taxpayers but as a lucrative market; and government officials whose fiefdoms have expanded along with
the inmate population. Since 1991 the rate of violent crime in the United States has fallen by about 20 percent, while the number of people
in prison or jail has risen by 50 percent. The prison boom has its own inexorable logic. Steven R. Donziger, a young attorney who headed the
National Criminal Justice Commission in 1996, explains the thinking: "If crime is going up, then we need to build more prisons; and if crime
is going down, it's because we built more prisons—and building even more prisons will therefore drive crime down even lower."

CHEMTRAILS - Weatherman Admits Military Spraying Chemicals In The Sky
1 min 10 seconds into the video the weather man announces we have a strange situation, believe it or not this is not rain or snow, the military is dropping chaff, small bits of aluminum and metalized paper products for anti radar purposes I was in the Marine corp and know.
Now we know, chem trails are good, they are to keep us safe from the terrorist, “unbelievable”.
...........
Chemtrails: The Consequences of Toxic Metals and Chemical Aerosols on Human Health
Part I
May 12 2010
By Dr. Ilya Sandra Perlingieri
globalresearch
For decades, we have known that heavy metals and chemicals can cause grave physical harm. Going back to Rachel Carson’s “Silent Spring,”
we have known and been amply warned of the serious consequences of using or being exposed to these poisons in our daily activities. Thousands
of these are well-documented carcinogens.
Building on Carson’s ground-breaking research, we also
know that certain kinds of chemicals can and do disrupt human [and other animals’] entire immune system. Going back 30 years, researchers
were investigating what became known as endocrine [hormone] disrupting chemicals and how they were affecting frogs [who sometimes had five
legs or hermaphroditic characteristics], other aquatic animals, and mammals. These animals were the proverbial canaries in the coal mine. In
another pioneering book, “Our Stolen Future,” authors Dr. Theo Colburn, Dianne Dumanoski, and John Peterson Myers clearly demonstrate that 1
+ 1 hormone-disrupting chemicals did not equal 2. Rather, in a nightmare of mathematical proportions, these poisons acted synergistically;
and 1+1 could equal up to 1,600 times the original dose. We are also exposed to more than 100,000 chemicals regularly. Most of them have
never been tested for human safety. So, almost nothing has been done to reduce human exposure to a myriad of hazardous chemicals. In fact,
over the past decade, the Bush administration dismantled many environmental laws in existence for 30 years, to let corporations off the
proverbial hook. [Just look at what’s unfolding in the Gulf with the BP oil spill.]
Although this information, on the dangers of hormone
disruption, is now more widely available on Internet sites, it still is not well known by the average person who gets news mostly from
mainstream media.(1) Most of these highly toxic chemicals are invisible; and, therefore, are easily off our collective radar. With the high
stress level created by the deliberately orchestrated financial crisis --where millions have lost their jobs and homes– a degraded/collapsing
environment or serious health problems are not priorities –especially, if very little is reported in mainstream news. This disaster scenario
is part of the larger picture of what Naomi Klein writes about in her book “The Shock Doctrine.” We have so many major crises, one after
another, that it is hard just to keep up with one’s daily routine –let alone have time to read and consider the toxicological health
ramifications of massive amounts of thousands of heavy metals and chemicals that have poisoned our entire food chain and, thus, our own
supposed “health.” We are at the very top of this wrecked food chain.
Now, however, there is another far more insidious layer
of toxicity that is not being addressed at all in any mainstream, corporate-controlled news, and it is affecting our very survival. It is,
however, being addressed more and more by independent researchers who have supporting evidence to back up their Internet reports.
For more than a decade, first the United States and then
Canada’s citizens have been subjected to a 24/7/365 day aerosol assault over our heads made of a toxic brew of poisonous heavy metals,
chemicals, and other dangerous ingredients. None of this was reported by any mainstream media. The US Department of Defense [DOD] and
military have been systematically blanketing all our skies with what are known as Chemtrails (also known as Stratospheric Aerosol
Geoengineering).(2) These differ vastly from the usual plane contrails that evaporate rather quickly in the sky.Chemtrails do not dissipate. Rather, planes (fitted with special nozzles) release aerosols “lines” in the sky that do not
evaporate. Multiple planes are deployed, flying parallel (or often “checkerboard” patterns) overhead; and soon the sky is blanketed with many
grayish-white lines [miles and miles long, although this is changing]. At first, these lines are thin; but soon they expand and, in a short
time, merge together. Our once-blue sky has vanished and has been replaced by a grayish-white toxic haze that blots out and greatly
diminishes our usual sunshine.
Military and commercial planes are involved in more than
60 secret operations. Last year, when I flew across the country, I saw a United Airlines jet (flying below us at about 37,000 feet) spraying
a black aerosol that went for miles and miles across the sky. This clandestine program now includes aerosol-spraying planes in North America,
Europe, Australia, and New Zealand [all NATO countries]. Hundreds (if not thousands) of people have called and written their public officials
to get answers. Replies from US and Canadian officials are not forthcoming; or, if they do reply, queries are dismissed. This remains an
ongoing, deliberate cover-up. No one is held accountable, while we continued to be poisoned daily. This is not the first time, however, that
citizens are being used as experimental laboratory test subjects. The US government and its military have a very long and sordid history of
using us, without informed consent, in this illegal manner. As Carole Pellatt notes:
The U.S. military has been spraying chemical and
biological weapons in open air testing over civilian populations since the 1940’s. They are called “vulnerability tests”. This is not a
controversial statement. The military has admitted to this practice on many occasions and there’s plenty of documentation from the government
to corroborate it. There is also documentation of intentional, experimental releases of radiation on civilian populations. Unfortunately,
this information tends to surface long after it could have saved lives, or eased the suffering of victims.(3)
Over the past decade, independent testing of Chemtrails
around the country has shown a dangerous, extremely poisonous brew that includes: barium, nano aluminum-coated fiberglass [known as CHAFF],
radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide, and polymer
fibers. Barium can be compared to the toxicity of arsenic.(4) Barium is known to adversely affect the heart. Aluminum has a history of
damaging brain function. Independent researchers and labs continue to show off-the-scale levels of these poisons. A few “anonymous” officials
have acknowledged this on-going aerosol spraying.(5)
Numerous tests have been done to verify that these
poisons are off the scale in their toxicity. They are documented in our water, in our soil, and in our air. For more than 10 years,
researcher Clifford Carnicom has been valiantly and systematically reporting on the various detrimental aspects of these aerosols –and what
they are doing to our entire environment, as well as our blood.(6) Various “sky watch” groups also have been carefully documenting and
diligently reporting about these daily assaults.(7)
With all these poisons surrounding our every breath, it
is not surprising to see a dramatic increase in illnesses. There are numerous reports of the increase in cardiac deaths and upper respiratory
illnesses (asthma, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer, and often multiple chronic illnesses). Chemtrails toxicity has already dramatically
affected our deteriorating “collective health.” The significant increase in heart disease and various upper respiratory illnesses has been
linked to a vast increase in “particulate matter” in our air. This can be seen by some revealing statistics:
1. Coronary heart disease is now the leading cause of
death in the US. According to the CDC, in 2006, 631,636 died of heart disease. This means 1 out of every 5 Americans are affected.(8)
In Canada, every seven minutes someone dies of heart
disease.(9)
2. Asthma and upper respiratory illnesses. Between
100-150 million people suffer from asthma worldwide. In the US, 16.4 million adults have asthma and 7 million children have it. Chronic
bronchitis and emphysema: 9.8 million Americans were diagnosed with chronic bronchitis this past year; for emphysema the figure is 3.8
million.(10) Total: 37 million Americans afflicted.
In Canada, 2.4 million have been diagnosed with
asthma.
3. Particulate matter in air pollution. Particulate
matter [PM] consists of tiny particles 10 microns or less. [1 micron is about 1/70 the thickness of a single human hair.] These particles can
lodge in the deepest part of your lungs; and over a period of time, they can damage lung function. This kind of pollution, that we breathe
daily, can and does cause various upper respiratory illnesses, coronary heart disease, and premature aging and death. Particulate matter can
also exacerbate any existing illness.(11) Unanswered questions: Does hazardous particulate matter act in synergistic ways in human bodies (as
do endocrine disrupting chemicals)? How does PM affect millions who already have multiple chronic illnesses?
Brain Injury
Even with the increases in preventable illnesses, the
issue that has not been linked or addressed –with what Clifford Carnicom rightly calls “aerosol crimes”– is the deterioration of cognitive
function. Our immune system is already under siege daily; and this has resulted in millions (possibly billions) of people with not just one
illness, but often multiple ones. The skin, the largest organ in our body, is a permeable membrane. This means that invisible toxins in our
air, including Chemtrails and other highly dangerous chemicals, go right into our skin. Poisoned rainwater (or snow touching our skin) does
the same thing. When the air we breathe is filled with a dangerous assortment of toxins, with each breath we take, these poisons assault our
entire immune system. These poisons also affect our brain and, thus, our cognitive function.
Aluminum is a major component in these aerosols. Although
it is our planet’s most abundant metal, our body has no biological need for it. Pesticide Action Network North America [PANNA] lists it as
“toxic to humans, including carcinogenicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, neurotoxicity, and acute toxicity.”(12) Yet, aluminum
is commonly used [this is a very short list] in vaccines, deodorants and anti-perspirants, over-the-counter medications, soft drink and beer
cans [aluminum leeches from the cans], baking powder, cake mixes, processed cheeses, and other food products and additives. Over years,
aluminum accumulates in the brain, tissues, and to a lesser amount the bones. It causes brain degeneration, dysfunction and damage –due to
the blockage and reduced blood flow and oxygen of brain arteries. The brain shrinks, as brain cells die. This causes dementia. Symptoms
include: emotional outbursts, paranoia, forgetfulness and memory loss, speech incoherence, irritability, diminished alertness, changes in
personality, and poor/bad judgment. All these are on the rise, as more than 4-million Americans are afflicted. Brain deterioration and
dementia take decades to cause serious and visible harm. Eventually, however, dementia is fatal. “Alzheimer’s” is now being used incorrectly
as a catch-all term for all kinds of dementia. Just a few days ago, the front page of the New York Times had a headline: “More with Dementia
Wander from Home.”(13) People afflicted with, what the Times terms “Alzheimer’s” were interviewed. One person mentioned he “has a diagnosis
of Alzheimer’s.” This is patently wrong. Alzheimer’s dementia can only be accurately diagnosed after death when a post-mortem can be done.
However, heavy metals poisoning can be diagnosed through lab testing; but this is rarely done for basic check-ups.
What is not addressed in this increase in dementia is the
more than 10 years of breathing Chemtrails with nano aluminum-coated fiberglass. Billions of tons have been sprayed on us.
With all these sources of aluminum added to the air we
breathe with each breath, the cumulative toxicity is very high. Even in daily events, it is obvious –to anyone who is paying attention– that
many people are behaving oddly. While it may be considered “anecdotal” reporting, there are millions of people whose behavior is strange.
There have been numerous times in just the past year when I have asked someone a question and received an answer that is totally unrelated.
There have been more and more uncontrolled outbursts in public areas: someone “snaps” for no apparent reason. Violence levels are up. Look at
all the shootings on school campuses. There are more unexplained auto accidents that never should have happened. In just one day a few weeks
ago, I witnessed three traffic accidents that need not have happened. The news is full of these stories.
Add to this already highly toxic body burden is the US
military’s use of aluminum in its aerosols. It is used because of its electrical conductivity, durability, and light weight. The US Air Force
reported in 1997 that it released “2 million, 6-7 ounce bundles of CHAFF.” These are laid by military aircraft form 15-50 miles in
length.(14) Another unanswered question: Why is the USAF not releasing up-to-date figures?
A 2002 report notes that: “over the last 25 years, the US
Navy [has released from planes] several hundred thousand pounds of aluminized chaff during flight operations over a training area on the
Chesapeake Bay.”(15) If the Navy used hundreds of thousands of pounds in just this small area of the US, what could be extrapolated for the
release of possibly billions of tons of nano aluminum by all the military divisions throughout the US and Canada more recently than 2002?
CHAFF is being stored that has lead in it. Has that been released, without our knowledge, and added to these aerosols? What enormous, yet
invisible, harm has that created for all of us?
Dr. Hildegarde Staninger reported last year that
“exposure to aerial emissions of nano composite materials resulted in cholinesterase inhibition.”(16) The human body has three kinds of
cholinesterase: for the brain, for plasma (manufactured by the liver), and red blood cells. Some pesticides and nerve gases (such as VX, an
organophosphate) inhibit cholinesterase. The chronic inhibition of this enzyme (that normally circulates in red blood cells), caused by the
spraying of these Chemtrails aerosols [for weather modification, but also used for mosquito and other insect eradication], causes chronic
poisoning. This exposure causes severe neurological disorders, including paralysis in humans.
In a ground-breaking 2003 online essay, Dr. Kaye Kilburn,
asks: “Why is Chemical Brain Injury Ignored?”(17) His article lists 13 concealed factors that affect our willingness to believe that
dangerous chemicals do affect the brain. They include: 1. “It’s all in your head” [meaning real symptoms are ignored by allopathic medicine].
2. Resistance to vulnerability [individuals, and society
collectively, cannot believe the brain is at risk].
3. The acceptance of mind-altering prescription drugs
[such as Paxil] that can and do affect the brain [millions are on anti-depressants –what long-term damage does that also do to cognitive
thinking?].
4. Chemical brain injury is considered not to be “an
imminent threat.”
5. Competition from other serious threats [causing
indifference or denial];
6. Delay in acknowledging health risks.
7. Economic interests [delaying tactics by big
corporations are well known –delay continues profits and ignores taking responsibility –We are all expendable for corporate
profits].
8. The field of neurology has been slow to consider
causes [how many independent researchers are left who do not have any ties to the pharmaceutical/chemical companies?].
Inall these
valuable reasons for not addressing this human crisis, the one that Dr. Kilburn has not addressed directly is the chronic assault of
breathing/absorbing these now billions of tons of hazardous aerosolized chemicals and heavy metals over more than a decade without our
informed consent. When one does not look for or address primary causes, then other issues can be blamed. This, on top of a government’s
silence or refusal to respond and the corporate media’s complicity, make for an extremely dangerous combination that puts us all at grave and
daily risk. As brain function is diminished, and other things are blamed for it, any population is easier “to control.”
Dr. Kiburn’s research clearly shows that
chemicals do affect and seriously harm the brain [and, thereby, cognitive function]. Chemicals –especially a daily onslaught of toxic
chemicals over many years– can damage our ability to think clearly. Even if we find this hard to believe, the evidence is there. Dr. Kilburn
has expanded this essay into the first book to research this: “Chemical Brain Injury” (published in 1998). Dr. Kilburn
notes:
The brain’s preservation represents the only possibility
of survival for mankind. To find in many parts of the country and in many individual patients that its function is eroded seriously by
chemicals, chemicals that have been introduced into the environment basically in the last 50 years, is bad news
indeed.(18)
It seems almost unbelievable that millions/billions of
people could look up at the sky and not notice the dramatic changes that have occurred from what it was, for instance, in the mid-1990s. Then
our sky was a gorgeous, deep blue. Clouds were a beautiful assortment of shapes. The sun was glorious. But people under 30, may not have a
real sense of recollection about looking up every day and seeing this panoramic magnificence. Most of them are too busy texting or chatting
on their cell phones. There are other issues to consider, as well: People are in their own comfort zones; and denial is a very powerful human
emotion. In the hustle and bustle (now quite out of hand, for reflective time), how many people look up at the sky? It also takes huge
courage, a very deep, internal willingness to examine politically motivated corporate controlled media spin, and search for the real answers.
Humans like their regular routines. To re-examine what we think we know, based on new evidence, takes a willingness to think outside the
proverbial box; to want to find out the truth –not the pervasive Orwellian doublespeak that pervades our society. If everything in our daily
routine belies what is truly going on, it requires fortitude to explore the unknown –to question the litany.
Another courageous person is Dr. R. Michael Castle who
continues to address the Chemtrails toxicity issue. He is a noted polymer chemist who has been interviewed frequently and has written
articles about the extreme hazards of Chemtrails. Dr. Castle has also written a ground-breaking document, the Universal Atmospheric
Preservation Act [UAPA]. This document has been in Congress since 2008; but is tied up in committee. The only way to have this vital piece of
legislation passed is to have real congressional representatives actually representing us (instead of the corporate lobbyists).

Given these issues, since our collapsing society has so
many different levels of deceit –the financial debacle, the lies and deceit of government and the Federal Reserve blaming people for the
housing/mortgage nightmare, the emerging police state, the disasters that envelope our fragile environment– it becomes increasingly difficult
just to maintain a daily routine and survive the economic depression and its daily fallout. Mainstream media does its supporting role and
deceives us. Millions, like the proverbial lemmings, hasten to join the group demise. There are countless historical instances of this
collective insanity. We Homo sapiens [sic, wise men?] have never learned the lessons of 5,000 years of history. This is because each new
generation of corrupt political leaders (often tied historically to previous ones) never has the real interest of their constituents as a
basic part of their political practice. Further, there is no Precautionary Principle in place.(19) It’s not the way the political game of
deception works. Precaution is not part of an equation that is broken from the beginning. Humans are gullible and want to believe the
Orwellian deceptions.
To add to this already heavy burden, to ask uninformed,
although supposedly “well educated” [What does that actually mean, given that much of our higher education has omitted much of what Prof.
Peter Dale Scott calls “deep political events” that never get into our history books?] people to reconsider what they think they know about
what is really going on –this takes enormous internal strength. It requires profound courage. The basis of this “courage” actually means
creating new synaptical pathways in the brain. Without them, we feel scared, nervous... because those new synapses have not yet been created.
It takes repeated effort, and, thus, an emerging sense of ease, to create these new synapses.
If, however, millions of people are already on
prescription pharmaceuticals to “calm them down” [long term, what is this doing to their ability to think clearly?] and, in addition, are
breathing poisoned air rife with mind-distorting chemicals, then how clearly (if at all) is anyone able to think? How can anyone feel well
and safe, if the very air we breathe is deliberately poisoned and is affecting our ability to think cogently? It is already evident that no
one in any official capacity is willing to tell the truth. It is like Diogenes, the ancient Greek, searching for a truthful individual. No
one seems to have the desire, or courage, or authority to stop this massive poisoning, because it is the secret plan of the elite insiders to
deliberate destroy everything we once knew.
Our BASIC human rights, constitutional and international
laws are mere paper. These rights and laws have all been torn asunder by those in charge. It has been done by stealth. We must organize
peacefully. PEACEFULLY is the operative word. If these many-pronged aerosol attacks by military and commercial planes can spray these
horrific toxins on us, year after year with impunity –against all laws– then it is absolutely imperative that we organize peacefully. As
Peter Dale Scott notes in Jason Bermas’ new DVD “Invisible Empire”: we must use the Internet and our peaceful intellectual powers to come
together and shut this nightmare down. It is possible to do this.

A recent analysis has shown the 40 year old American M-16 rifle to be a failure in Afghanistan. The weapon that caused more American
deaths in Vietnam than the enemy is still junk technology today, even with its Star Wars derivitives. The result is still
“Palinesque” or as I would call it, “lipstick on a pig.” The wrong design, the wrong cartridge, no range, no
stopping power and poor reliability, 40 years of failure in the most important area of the battlefield, our combat rifle. This wasn’t
an accident but part of our defense tradition, fighting wars with junk, fighting wars meant to eat money, put fighting men and women under
the dirt, fighting wars meant to go on forever, as long as the money flows. A new study, over 40 years late, challenges our basic
infantry weapon’s effectiveness:
The U.S. military’s workhorse rifle — used in battle for the last 40 years — is proving less
effective in Afghanistan against the Taliban’s more primitive but longer range weapons. As a result, the U.S. is reevaluating the
performance of its standard M-4 rifle and considering a switch to weapons that fire a larger round largely discarded in the 1960s.
The M-4 is an updated version of the M-16, which was designed for close quarters combat in Vietnam. It
worked well in Iraq, where much of the fighting was in cities such as Baghdad, Ramadi and Fallujah. But a U.S. Army
study found that the 5.56 mm bullets fired from M-4s don’t retain enough velocity at distances greater than 1,000
feet (300 meters) to kill an adversary. In hilly regions of Afghanistan, NATO and insurgent forces are often 2,000 to 2,500 feet (600-800
meters) apart.
The recent fiascoes of battlefield corruption began in Iraq in 2003. The website, Soldiers for the Truth, formerly run by Colonel David
Hackworth, one of America’s greatest heroes, began reporting that our body armor was ineffective, ill fitting, overpriced and part of a
fraud driven by the Pentagon “revolving door,” the tradition of serving officers in acquisitions moving into suppliers they were
supposed to have been regulating, upon retirement. Stories of falsified tests came out, still the military tried to prosecute troops whose
families spent thousands on quality protective gear such as Dragonskin (TM) armor.
Hundreds died because of this and we eventually got better equipment but only after tens of millions lined the pockets of people who
belong in prison. Nothing was done. Surprise, surprise.
America’s most famous failure is the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, something we still use. Newer versions have some armor upgrades and
work part of the time, but the Bradley has never been more than a rolling target, the most expensive fiasco in military history. HBO made a
film about the selection process for the Bradley called The Pentagon Wars. It was a comedy.
Our new “secret weapon,” the Stryker, a rehashed Swiss designed vehicle from the 70s, has one real value, cheap rubber tires.
These “battleships of the highway” lay as burned hulks across Iraq and Afghanistan, another “lipstick on a pig”
weapons system.
The problem is much wider, much deeper than simply sending our troops into the field to face rocket propelled grenades in Humvee’s
with canvas doors than couldn’t stop arrows. Every aspect of our defense has been hard wired to fail for one reason or another,
let’s look at some of these.
BORDER PROTECTION AND THE SECURITY RACKET
The Army Corps of Engineers can build a barrier around Gaza for Israel but each day, thousands of illegal aliens, many drug runners and
criminals, some even terrorists, flood into the US. You would think we can’t see or hear them, that they sneak through tunnels and are
invisible in the desert. You couldn’t be more wrong. America’s defense companies have received billions to develop technologies
that, not only see hundreds of miles into Mexico, using advanced optics and specialized radars but systems on tethered balloons give us
warning of anyone approaching from so far away that this information is highly classified, yet we fail to either protect or react.
Even this isn’t the real story, the technologies we have deployed already, the ones we seem to ignore and misuse, the ones that give
evidence that filling the country with illegal aliens may not be an accident, aren’t the only scandals tied to this disaster tearing
America apart.
WHAT WE CAN DO BUT DON’T
Billions have been spent on technologies that integrate into systems that can protect, not only borders, airports or entire nations, they
can be deployed on the battlefield to recognize combatants and terrorists among civilian populations. However, our most advanced
technologies are deades old, long superceded by systems suppressed because of, well, the fact they are actually too effective.
These “war changing” technologies have been available for years but have been purposefully suppressed, while we chose to use
either nothing or 1960s rehashed junk. The companies developing new technologies, not only receive no help at all, no contracts and no
interest, many are subjected to attacks on their stock, their lines of credit and are pushed to destruction. One thing has become clear, if
you are developing anything that actually will win a war or solve a problem, your company will suffer the same fate as the mysterious
“run your car on water” companies did years ago.
What can we do? One technology alone, called “hyper spectral analysis” can close the US Border overnight at almost no cost at
all. These are visual sensors that deploy on vehicles that link together with databases, software and capabilities long ready for
deployment, that can recognize any individual, bio-metrically “tag” them for life and either track them for immediate detention
or follow their every move through cities, airports or across battlefields.
These units can scan airport passengers from hundreds of yards away for, not only weapons and explosives but for diseases, bio-weapons and
false identities. They can find a Taliban fighter, beard shaved and no weapon, on a street corner in Kabul, they can pick out an illegal
alien in a Detroit shopping mall or close 50 miles of border, even in rough terrain, in less than a day. This isn’t the only
“beyond space age” technology we have, this is just the worst offender as it is deliverable and cheap and insanely effective.
It would eliminate billions of dollars of airport scanners and useless technologies, long meant to fail, that enrich people like Michael
Chertoff and the companies producing “junk science” in a box, many of them Israeli. The biggest “commercial” for
this failed industry was the “Crotch Bomber” incident in Detroit. Follow the money, the fingerprints are all over this one.

EVEN MORE
Few Americans get to see the “war plans” to stop piracy off Somalia. It is almost amusing if it weren’t a dangerous
situation. Not only is the piracy itself a result of bad policy decisions by the Bush administration but hundreds of millions are being made
banking ransom payments and in the marine insurance industry. Much more is being made in keeping dozens of ships on station or in sending
secret “contractors” against the pirates as part of “Rube Goldberg” schemes.
Our plans have involved running up and down hundreds of miles of coast when the pirates themselves come from a very small areas, easily
observed, pirates that could be intercepted minutes after they enter international waters. America has tested using LTA platforms, we call
them blimps, that carry advanced optics and radar, are low cost and devastatingly effective. These vehicles, designed by Airship Management
Company and used by the US Coast Guard and Navy, are so effective they can be a “game changer” in dozens of key areas of the
world. Using advanced optics and radars, they are a combination of UAV and AWAC. They just don’t cost enough and are too effective.
No pirates, no pirate problem, no pirate problem profits. End of story.
HOW WE STARTED DOWN THIS ROAD
I blame the Air Force during the Eisenhower era. Every pilot wants to retire a general. The Air Force seems to exist for that. A US
Senator with no military capabilities at all can get into an Air Force unit and become a colonel in days. Check out Senator Lindsay Graham,
Air Force lawyer, openly gay and promoted over dozens of highly qualified combat vets. He isn’t the only one, simply the laughing
stock of the Air Force.
The problem, a problem that nearly destroyed the United States grew out of a desire to build bombers when the Russians were developing
missiles. It was the old “taking a knife to a gunfight” scenario. We ended up a decade behind in technology with rehashed
German WW2 technology while Russians had put satellites in orbit, men in space and could drop nukes on any American city. This wasn’t
the Air Force’s first “dance” with the Russians. We went into Korea with propeller fighters and primitive jets against the
advanced Mig 17, a plane that could fly rings around anything we every brought into that war including the F 86 Sabre.
OUR “SPECIAL OPS/IRREGULAR WARFARE” ADDICTION
“Whoom,” like a giant vacuum, all of our leaders, our brightest soldiers are sucked into the “black hole” of our
endless special operations commands. Speak 5 languages, can shoot a quarter out of the air blindfolded, we are dropping you into a rathole
village in the middle of nowhere. What we don’t say, however, is that the intelligence you are given is false, your mission is a joke
and you are only being put in harms way, facing death at the hands of a 10 year old child using a Soviet weapon, probably better than yours,
that was paid for by American taxpayers. Currently, over 250,000 “state of the art” Russian assault rifles “went
missing” in Iraq, all paid for by the United States.
America has become addicted to elitism, forming group after group with overlapping missions. Every service has some type of commando, all
basically a rehash of the Marine Corps. Because we have them, we use them, not because there is a need, not because there is a mission,
simply because we have them. In the end, we fracture our military, duplicate capabilities, capabilities that we have seen time and time
again were never needed in the first place. We have spent billions building forces meant to fight scenarios that exist only in movies and
video games.
One thing for certain, drop a small group of people somewhere and some idiot, perhaps more than a few, will show up to kill them. Welcome
to the world of “irregular warfare.”
NATION-BUILDING FOR FAILURE AND PROFIT
How can you tell a country has been “saved” by the United States? They have rigged elections, leaders they hate, no
electricity, dirty water, massive drug production, corruption everywhere, suicide bombers on every corner and a permanent civil war.
What do you think our Washington “think tanks” teach us? Whenever America “fails” what other country gains? The
third largest arms exporter in the world is Israel, a country that controls the organizations responsible for most of Amerias
“strategic planning.” We give billions, much of it “under the table,” to ultra-wealthy Israel while millions of
American children can’t afford dental care. Israeli children have dental care.
In Afghanistan, every weapon, every bullet, every explosive used against American troops has been paid for by the United States and either
supplied by us or one of our “allies.” For years, Pakistan has been pouring evidence of Indo-Israeli support for the Tabiban,
reports shelved and shredded by intelligence agencies ordered to “look the other way” even when New York City is attacked.
IRAN, “YOU’LL LOVE THIS ONE”
Iran is one of the wealthiest and, at one time, one of the most westernized states in the Middle East. Their current ruler, another
Ayatollah and President Ahmadinejad face massive opposition inside their own country and among the millions of Iranians who fled that country
because they couldn’t stand living somewhere run by a extremists belonging to an Islamic sect considered “heretical” by
most Muslims. So, how is this unpopular government, a government that has run a massive oil producing country deep into debt, in power?
The United States, with the help of Israel, are propping up Ahmadinejad.
Holding office only due to massive election fraud (perhaps they have electronic voting machines there too, like Florida and Ohio), the
current extremely unpopular regime in Iran stays in power only because of continual rhetoric from the US and Israel, rhetoric threatening
sneak attacks and invasion. Without this deluge of empty threats, Iran might be asking for NATO membership. The last
“semi-credible” enemy, or as the Bush administration loved calling it, “axis of evil” member in the Middle East,
preserving Iran as an enemy is vital to the defense industry. With every other country in the region either a US ally, militarily helpless
or occupied, only Iran can be used as a justification for the massive US military presence in the region.
That Iran has no capability of projecting power and has no offensive weaponry nor any remote capability of operating beyond their own
borders is never spoken of. What Iran does have is a very large population of people who want their own government gone, are willing to risk
their lives in the process and deeply resent efforts by the US and Israel to promote an oppressive and incompetent government that has made
their lives a living hell. Conspiracy theorists have long put forth rumors that Ahmadinejad is an Israeli “asset.” Were this
true, it might explain alot.
DRUG POLICY IN AFGHANISTAN, SCHIZOPHRENIA GONE WILD
For years, Americans were told the Taliban and “Al Qaeda” were financed by the poppy fields of Afghanistan. Billions of
dollars were spent to eradicate drug production in Afghanistan, which grew from “nothing at all” to massive levels, with
increases every year. In fact, the more we spent to “eradicate” the more production increased. Colonel
Eugene Khrushchev says the following about US policy in Afghanistan:
“The new American drug policy is easy to understand. America is telling the world it can no longer
eradicate opium/heroin production because “poor farmers” are going to suffer. In truth, the poppy fields America now protects are run by
drug lords with ties to the Karzai regime. America is building a narco-mafia behind the government of Afghanistan tied to an unsound and
corrupt policy being peddled by the Special Envoy, Richard Holbrooke.
The US has no plans to eradicate drug production in Afghanistan, production they and everyone else claims
is funding the Taliban and is certainly pumping 65 billion dollars into somebody’s hands. This is what NATO commander, Gen. Stanley
McChrystal has decided to do:
McChrystal’s solution is to set up a “slush fund” to pay off the Majah opium poppy growers. What this is
doing is to dismantle any real counter-narcotics program the DEA and SOF were supposedly implementing. What we are learning is that the US
State Department, for reasons unknown and unknowable, wants to manage Afghanistan as a crime ridden “narco-state” for the foreseeable
future.
What the Secretary of State called “the best decision in the face of an array of less-than-perfect
options” has set in motion the worst-case nightmare scenario – a boon for the drug lords, a bane for the drug busters.
As the story goes, the Marines ought to cash in $12 million from the Commander’s Emergency Response
Program – “to disrupt the Afghan opium harvest”. The whole scheme is a total scam, nothing is “disrupted,” far from it. In fact
the policy is much closer to “agricultural support and subsidy,” with the product being death dealing narcotics and the goal almost
too insidious to imagine.
Here are the main fraudulent premises of the swindle – political & financial – attributed to the US
administration as outlined in the Washington Post:
• “Eradication would drive farmers into the hands of the insurgency”
• “Poppy farmers are poor creatures who face economic peril if they cannot harvest or sell their
crops”
These disinformation sound bites betray the Holbrooke hallmark and are adroitly exploited by
narco-insurgency propaganda. Ambassador Thomas Schweich, a former US top drug buster in Afghanistan, exposed this drug lobby guerilla
marketing in his seminal article “Is Afghanistan a Narco-State?” in the NYT way back in July 27, 2008:
“UNODC shattered the myth that poppies are grown by destitute farmers…Eighty percent of the land under
poppy cultivation in the south had been planted with it only in the last two years …these farmers didn’t need an alternative livelihood. They
had abandoned their previous livelihoods…to take advantage of the security vacuum [which coincides with UK military presence] to grow a more
profitable crop: opium…Yet Afghan officials continued to say that poppy cultivation was the only choice for its poor farmers.” (p.4)
How does the world’s largest money laundering scheme and the world’s largest narcotics distribution
network totally escape American attention in Afghanistan? This isn’t America’s first “dance” in this arena, with a massive drug war on its
border with Mexico and decades of efforts in South America having little or no effect.
We are also ignoring decades of substantive reports of CIA involvement in using narcotic trafficking to
fund covert operations. You can’t turn on a TV without seeing this mentioned, the CIA-drug connection is a major part of American culture.
Former FBI translator, Sibel Edmond’s testimony of US involvement in shipping drugs from Afghanistan on rendition flights has proven to be
widely reliable and has received key support from members of the military and intelligence community.”
MARKETING CHAOS
Warnings about the “military industrial complex” started with Washington, were carried into the 20th century by General
Smedley Butler and our sternest warnings came from President Eisenhower. The warnings were clear, given free rein, all power will flow into
the hands of racketeers, gangsters given the power to push America into war for profit, profit from weapons, profit from stolen resources
and, worst of all, geopolitical manipulation meant to keep the world in continual war and chaos.
With America’s government and those of key allies beholding to defense and oil money, subject to media under the control of
“war fed” corporations and manipulative foreign governments, security and peace has become undesirable and thus,
unattainable.
With permanent war as a business, global policies leading to cohesion and stability and defense technologies that can make war obsolete
are crushed at birth. Illegal aliens can flood into America as though invisible, terrorists move through world airports untouched, airports
no legitmate tourist or business traveler survives unscathed, pirates roam the open seas as though we were living in the 16th century,
colorful poppies, thousands of acres of them, escape the watchful eye of “drug eradication” forces, everything a sham, everything
a scam.
I think back over 40 years ago, my M-16 E1 rifle, issued to Marines though a failed prototype, jamming in combat. I think of the 5.56 mm
rounds with their “devastating killing power” hitting Viet Cong with the stopping power of a ping pong ball. I think of the
video from Iraq showing our troops welding steel plates onto their vehicles in a desparate attempt to survive the endless rain of RPGs they
had been subjected to.
I can also find a thousand multi-millionaires who live in obscene luxury while we stick aluminum limbs on our young people. Every step of
every process is owned, corrupted, infected, from “position papers” to “intelligence analyses” to “weapons
system evaluations.” Are there Americans who would push our kids into a war for oil profits, no bid contracts or to provide
“cover” for the ambitions of our own fanatic extremists, both homegrown and those of our closest ally with whom we have an
“unbreakable bond?”
Junk policy, junk weapons, junk thinking leads to a junk world ruled by junk people.
